Take a digtal photgraph of each child (optional)

Parents usually prefer to have their child’s photograph printed on the reverse of the cards, but if it is difficult for your organisation to obtain a digital photograph of each child then this feature may be excluded.

Getting the best results

To achieve the best photographs we recommend that you place a large white board, or a large sheet of white paper behind the children before taking their photograph with a digital camera.

Please email the children’s images to us  or upload to our secure dropbox. Contact us for your personal link. It would help us with processing if you are able to save the images with the child’s name and child’s code (from the class register detailed in item 3), for example:
